Thomas Keegan is a Principal in Advisory Managed Services, where he leads market growth for our Risk Managed Services offerings, and oversees client delivery in the Financial Services sector. He leads dual-shore teams that assist clients in reimagining the delivery model for their critical business and compliance operations, including adoption of tech-driven solutions like generative AI, smart analytics, and automation.
Based in New York, Tom has had the privilege of leading multidisciplinary teams serving major clients across various regulatory areas, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions Screening. His expertise extends to performing remediations, model validations, and assessments of compliance with regulatory requirements.
Before his current role, Tom served as the U.S. Solution Leader for Forensic Technology Services and co-led the US Financial Crimes solution, focusing on innovation through automation and machine learning. He has also served as the Global co-lead for Forensic Data Analytics and contributed to developing KPMG's Data and Analytics strategy.
