J.T. is the leader Service Delivery Model Transformation at KPMG. He has over 15 years of experience helping organizations transform and achieve their target operating model. He takes holistic view of his clients organizational strategy, processes, data, and information technology assets to ensure the operating model is able to meet the future demands of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

J.T.’s vast experience in working with complex, multi-national organizations and experience in standing up delivery centers (captive shared service, outsourcing, and centers of expertise) enables him to lead his clients through their transformation journey and assist them with achieving their strategic objectives.
