Managing Director, Advisory
J.T. Kaufmann is a Managing Director in KPMG Advisory practice, helping CFOs modernize the finance function through AI-enabled transformation and global business services (GBS). He advises finance leaders on leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies—including generative AI—to enhance decision-making, improve forecasting, and drive enterprise value.
With more than 15 years at KPMG, J.T. leads large-scale finance transformation programs spanning accounting operations, close & consolidation, and planning & forecasting. He focuses on aligning finance operating models and enabling AI to support agility, scalability, and real-time insight, enabling finance organizations to operate as strategic partners to the business.
