Kevin Karo has recently joined KPMG to further accelerate the growth of the firm’s US gaming practice and lead the Las Vegas office audit practice. He will serve as a Managing Director in the Audit Asset Management practice.

With over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership across both public and private sectors, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Before joining KPMG, Kevin was a partner at BDO, where he led the West Assurance practice as Managing Partner. He also served as a partner in the Las Vegas Assurance practice, focusing on industries such as Gaming, Hospitality, and Leisure. Kevin's career also includes twelve years working for PwC and he held key financial roles in privately-owned and SEC-reporting companies.

Kevin is deeply committed to the Las Vegas community and has served as president of Summerlin North Little League and as treasurer for Partners Organization at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School. He is currently a board member for Opportunity Village and is a board member and past chair of the Nevada Society of CPAs. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
