David is a principal in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice, leading the firm’s financial services sourcing advisory group. He specializes in assisting financial institutions with global operating model change, outsourcing strategies, and back- and middle-office transformations. David has advised many large global financial institutions on issues of global business services design/deployment, location strategy, operating model transformation, and strategic cost reduction initiatives.
