Pierre’s extensive experience in divestiture (carve-out) accounting includes serving as a lead on a number of complex domestic and cross border divestitures including:
- Delphi Automotive’s carve-out of its global steering business in the United States, Mexico, China, Poland, Spain, Italy and India;
- International Rectifier’s global carve-out of its of its Power Control Systems businesses in China, Italy, India and the United States;
- Spectra Energy’s carve-out and spin-off of its natural gas storage and transportation assets;
- eBay’s carve-out and sale of its Rent.com business to Primedia, Inc;
- Apria’s carve-out and sale of its infusion and enteral segment to CVS;
- eBay’s carve-out and spin-off of PayPal;
- eBay’s carve out and sale of its Enterprise business; and,
- Starwood’s carve-out and spin-off of its vacation ownership business.
