Christine Kachinsky
Life Sciences Tax Industry Leader
Christine serves as KPMG’s U.S. Life Sciences Tax Industry Leader based in Denver, Colorado, after recently relocating from New Jersey where she led KPMG’s NJ tax practice. Her 30 year career at KPMG includes a number of leadership roles in the firm as well as in client service delivery spanning 4 KPMG offices (Colorado, New York, New Jersey and Illinois).
In her current national role leading the KPMG U.S. tax industry network for Life Sciences, which was assumed early in the COVID-19 crisis, Christine helped companies in this industry as they raced to develop tests, treatments and vaccines and faced disruption to their workforce, clinical trials and supply chains. She leads teams providing tax and advisory services to the top biopharmaceutical and medical device companies in the world. In addition to being a mentor to several partners and employees across the firm, Christine has served on the Advisory Board for the Women in Tax organization and has recently formed KPMG’s Women in Life Sciences Tax Network, promoting the career advancement of women.
Christine is committed to the development of people, serving as a frequent coach and facilitator for various leadership development and training programs within the business community and for the KPMG Business School. She is an officer and Board Member for the KPMG Foundation and has recently completed an 8-year term as a member of KPMG’s Pension Committee.
