Stewart H. Jolly is a Partner in KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice with more than twenty years of experience in indirect taxes, restructuring, and sales and use tax system implementations. He is a member of the Indirect Tax team and leads the Chicago Indirect Tax Technology (iTaxTech) practice and has a strong background in sales and use taxes within the manufacturing, technology, retail and energy/oil and gas industries.

He has a substantial experience leading and coordinating SALT indirect tax technology engagements. He has served as the lead engagement partner with overall project responsibility for planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of complex U.S. and global indirect tax engagements. Additionally, Stewart has considerable project and program management experience with software implementations. He has experience in both the technical and functional design of information systems as well as completion of the integration and testing of these applications within their host environments. His primary roles are to assist in the project management of tax integration projects which includes helping clients develop project requirements and establish business processes related to the automation of the global indirect tax function.
