Rich is a Principal at KPMG and serves as the Oracle HCM Practice Lead. In his role, he focuses on helping companies transform their HR organizations with KPMG Powered Enterprise and Oracle technology. In his 30+ year career, Rich has helped organizations across various industries critically evaluate their delivery of HR services to focus on leading technology design and employee experience. His team has tackled complex HR transformation deployments, designed mobile first strategies for employee populations and redefined the employee lifecycle for major retailers, healthcare and logistics companies. He is passionate in helping companies build superior employee experiences to create a competitive advantage.
