Jack leads Southeast, national and global advisory services for acquisitions and divestitures, including carve out reporting, initial public offerings, bankruptcy and fresh start accounting. In this capacity, he provides technical, transactional and operational accounting and reporting guidance to a variety of clients, focusing on business combinations and dispositions, fresh-start accounting, leases, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation.
