Juan Infante

Background​

Juan is an International Tax and M&A partner with strong knowledge and focusing cross-border transactions. He has more than 14 years of experience providing tax consulting to local and multinational clients.​

​Juan joined KPMG in 2014. Before that, he worked in the tax and legal department of PwC Chile from 2010 to 2014. From May 2013 to December2013, he was appointed as a representative in the Chilean International Tax Desk of PwC Peru.​

​Professional and industry experience​

He is actively engaged in providing expert guidance and strategic advice to both international and local businesses on a wide array of complex issues, including corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic tax planning, foreign investment opportunities, as well as the everyday challenges associated with tax-related matters.​

​He has been involved in a variety of significant transactions across sectors such as energy, technology, mining, real estate, e-commerce, and infrastructure, among others.​

​Juan also assists clients in complex and strategic negotiations with tax officials during administrative audits or while discussing Tax Rulings.​
