Sam is a Director in KPMG Deal Advisory practice with over 10 years of experience supporting clients through transactions, strategic projects, and workforce planning considerations.
His career has primarily focused on helping clients identify operational and financial impacts of transactions during pre-sign diligence, maximizing deal value through the identification, tracking, and reporting of revenue- and cost-side synergies, and minimizing operational disruption and value leakage through effective planning and execution prior to and after deal closing.
Sam has industry experience across multiple sectors, including Consumer Products and Retail, Pet Products and Services, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
