Mark Horowitz is a Principal in KPMG’s national Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution Services practice and has more than 12 years of experience assisting global corporations with transfer pricing and international tax controversy issues.
He primarily advises clients with respect to examinations, IRS Appeals, advance pricing agreements, competent authority cases, and the planning and documenting of transfer pricing arrangements. Mark has significant experience in U.S.-Japan, U.S. Netherlands, U.S.-Switzerland, U.S.-United Kingdom, and U.S.-Canada competent authority cases and advance pricing agreements.
Mark holds a JD from the University of Virginia and a BA from Harvard University
