Mark is a Principal in the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Services group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice with more than 12 years of experience assisting global corporations with transfer pricing and international tax controversy issues.
He primarily advises clients with respect to examinations, IRS Appeals, advance pricing agreements, competent authority cases, and the planning and documenting of transfer pricing arrangements. Mark has significant experience in U.S.-Japan, U.S. Netherlands, U.S.-Switzerland, U.S.-United Kingdom, and U.S.-Canada competent authority cases and advance pricing agreements.
Mark holds a JD from the University of Virginia and a BA from Harvard University
