Transferred to McLean after working with KPMG in Boston for the prior 7 years. I work on valuation engagements in the Economic and Valuation Services group.
Primary services include purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, complex stock valuations for various equity instruments, determination of fair value, and other valuations for both financial reporting and tax purposes.
My client experience ranges from pre-revenue start-ups to large, international public companies in a variety of industries.
