Marcus is a Principal in the Economic and Valuation Services group for the KPMG Washington National Tax Practice with a focus on transfer pricing and international tax issues. Prior to joining KPMG, Marcus was a tax policy advisor at OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration where he provided strategic input into the technical and policy development of Pillar Two, a global minimum taxation regime.
Marcus earned a Master's degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree from University of Iowa.
