Joanne Heng

Joanne is a Principal in KPMG’s Deal Advisory group and is the Transaction to Transformation leader responsible for growing share of large transformative transactions. She has served as a People leader, Technology CoE practice leader and network leader for CoE. Her background is in leading large and complex integrations, separations and spins including technology strategy initiatives in support of business value creation and realization. Joanne has extensive experience working on organizational transformation and strategic initiatives across a number of industries, including automotive, manufacturing and media and entertainment. She has also led the design and implementation of technology solutions within the enterprise including global reporting and consolidation, margin improvement, and front and back-office integration.
