Paul Hencoski
Consulting Leader
Paul Hencoski is the Head of Consulting at KPMG, where he is responsible for leading growth and innovation in the firm’s US Consulting business. With extensive experience in healthcare and government sectors, Paul excels in leveraging data and strategic insights to enhance delivery models, employee experiences, and business outcomes across the Consulting practice. Paul has held several leadership roles across the firm, including most recently the National Operating Leader for Consulting, focusing on profitable growth and strategic investments.
Paul is nationally recognized for his role in large scale government and healthcare transitions, including initiatives related to the implementation of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). As previously the Lead Partner for the State of California and Senior Client Executive for multiple states and cities, he has led teams which deliver on KPMG’s client promise and exceed expectations. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Paul holds a BA in Economics and Political Science as well as Certificates in International Relations and Management Studies from the University of Rochester and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell. He is an active member and regular speaker of several professional organizations, including the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA), National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA), American Management Association (AMA), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
