Paul Hencoski

Paul has more than two decades of experience in advising public and private sector organizations on strategy planning, business process improvement, quality assurance monitoring, systems integration, project management, change management, and risk and issue management.

In his role as leader of KPMG’s U.S. Healthcare and Government Solutions network, he oversees the work of more than 400 professionals in the development of technology-led transformation solutions for clients in the commercial healthcare, state and local government, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors. His guiding principles include viewing every engagement through a 360-degree lens, and having deep passion for, and knowledge of, each client’s unique business.
