Lou Heinzer has 25 years of experience supporting Federal HR clients with modernization efforts. These initiatives include redesigning HR operating models; implementing numerous HR technology solutions such as Service Now, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Workday; developing HR strategies and business case investment studies; designing HR workforce development programs; and improving the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Lou has led cross-government initiatives including the creation of the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) first data reference model, and has supported the modernization of operations and technologies for federal shared service customers such as the Department of Commerce (DOC), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
