  • Finance Technology Company – I led the implementation of an integrated Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, and Relationship Management solution using Unqork for a Finance Technology and global wealth management company. The solution covered over 30 individual products, 50 account services, and 300 unique features to streamline the onboarding experience for customers, client service advisers, financial advisers, and operations personnel.
  • Large Telecommunications Company – I worked alongside senior executives and key leaders to revitalize an enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role I refined organization and operating models, governance processes, and change management artifacts that supported the delivery of innovative RPA, low code, and AI solutions with a pipeline of use cases with ~ $40 million in savings.
  • Global Trading Company – I analyzed processes related to shifting factories from Letter of Credit to Open Account payment terms. I identified and designed solutions using process improvements, updates to existing enterprise applications, RPA, and digital technology that totaled over 9,000 hours in savings.
  • Global Health Insurance Company – I partnered with senior executives to help design a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Intelligent Automation, creating an operating model and governance processes to establish the foundation for the sustainable delivery and maintenance of RPA and AI solutions.
  • Global Life Insurance Company – As the lead architect, I assessed automation opportunities, designed solutions, and delivered automations to transform the client’s Contact Center, HR, Compliance, Life and Retirement business units using a combination of RPA and AI technologies. I helped the company save over 61K labor hours and automate over 2 million transactions over 3 years.
  • Global Industrial Manufacturing Company: As the Sr. Project manager, I led a cross-functional team that delivered an automated solution to leverage machine learning to translate the client’s Workday configuration items to 7 languages through a variety of tools and utilities. This work enabled the client to reduce the delivery time of the translation work by several months.
  • Large Hospital System – I helped the client start their transformation journey by leading a proof of concept for RPA leveraging Automation Anywhere and demonstrating virtual agent capabilities to showcase capabilities in answering customer frequently asked questions (FAQs).
  • Large Telecommunications Company – I managed a large, global RPA program. Developed and executed the strategy for the program which establishing a Center of Excellence; developing and executing the change management plan to facilitate the adoption of the new technology; and delivering automations. I helped lead the program to realize the creation of over 400 robots over 2 years.
  • Government Sponsored Financial Services Company – I worked alongside executives to create the business architecture and operating model for streamlining IT governance processes. This resulted in streamlining the client’s internal processes by ~20% through eliminating non-value add steps.
  • Global Life Sciences Company – I created the business architecture and program plans for a global program that focused on streamlining processes, standardizing platforms, and embedding controls for transactions between the client’s affiliates and Health Care Professionals. As a result of this work, the client had a strengthened compliance program more resilient to regulatory changes.
  • Leading global bank – I analyzed existing business processes for a client’s Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act program (SCRA) and helped design and implement new processes to remediate the client’s internal audit and regulatory findings while improving the efficiency and accuracy of back office functions.
