Carolina Haendeler

Carolina Haendeler is a Manager in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) group, based in Los Angeles. With extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting, she supports clients through acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and the implementation of new accounting standards. Previously part of KPMG Germany's Munich team, Carolina has worked with a variety of clients and specializes in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and German GAAP. Her projects have included performing U.S. GAAP/IFRS gap analyses, supporting year-end closings, evaluating revenue recognition, leases, consolidation and analyzing complex debt-equity transactions.
Carolina is an active ACCA member, holds a M.Sc. degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Supplements, from the Free University of Berlin, and a B.A. in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences Munich.
