Dan is a Specialist Managing Director in the Federal Advisory practice with more than 20 years of Information Technology (IT) advisory and consulting experience and has spent the last 13 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. He serves as the leader of the KPMG Federal ServiceNow practice and is a ServiceNow Certified Mater Architect. Dan is focused on helping public sector agencies realize the benefits of the ServiceNow platform to transform their mission driven business processes. He has served in lead client-facing roles as technical director, program manager, and strategic consultant. These roles combined with his experiences across the civilian, defense, and intel sectors helping clients through complex digital transformations enables him to bring lessons learned to new and existing teams at any stage in their modernization journey.
