James Grace is a Director in the Restructuring practice of KPMG LLP in Dallas. He has over 20 years of restructuring experience serving as a financial advisor to distressed companies, debtors and creditor constituencies.
In addition, James has completed numerous distressed asset sales and has assisted buyers and lenders with acquisition due diligence including performing strategic and financial assessments.
James has also fulfilled interim management roles as CFO, Controller and Treasurer in crisis situations.
James has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, plastic injection molding, energy, chemicals, logistics and retail.

Creditor side advisory services include: pre-lending due diligence, business plan review and forecast validation, strategic and financial assessments, restructuring negotiations and liquidation analyses.
