And, as a partner in the KPMG Advisory Practice, Cathy has over 28 years of experience in providing risk management and advisory services including internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, governance/Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 assistance services, regulatory compliance, financial controls reviews, comprehensive business risk assessments, business process and process improvement reviews, and account reconciliation projects.
