Dr. Jan-Hendrik Gnändiger is the head of ESG Reporting Advisory and Assurance at KPMG Germany. Jan-Hendrik has been working for KPMG since 2006 and is mainly involved in advising companies in various fields of compliance and corporate governance structures. He is head of Risk and Compliance Services in Germany and has extensive experience with capital markets projects including governance and compliance requirements for debt scenarios, IPO, integration and separation. He also supports international clients in managing proofs of appropriateness and operating effectiveness to strengthen their compliance organization and professional corporate governance structures.
