Mark is a managing director in KPMG’s Finance Transformation practice with more than 23 years of business experience. He has practiced in a variety of industries and has a broad functional background with deep expertise in finance. His primary focus is serving CFOs and the finance organization in large global organizations. He has expertise in finance strategy and organization design, finance transformation, cost and performance measurement, business performance management, ERP implementation, and strategic cost reduction/organizational transformations.
