Hans is a Managing Director in the Tax Controvery & Dispute Resolution Services group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. He specializes in complex tax litigation matters, guiding taxpayers through IRS examinations, IRS Appeals, and other IRS dispute resolution programs. Prior to joining KPMG, Hans was an Associate with Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius LLP, where he assisted with some of the most significant transfer pricing litigation matters in recent years.
