With over 13 years of dedicated experience, Amiran specializes in helping public sector organizations enhance their operational efficiency and improve service delivery for critical Health and Human Services programs. He has a deep understanding of the policy and technology that underpin programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, health benefits exchanges, and children and family services programs, with extensive experience in the integrated eligibility systems that support them.
Amiran directs major initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and business process re-engineering to quality assurance and system implementation.
