Carol Gauker
Office Managing Partner, Tax
Carol is a Partner in Pennsylvania’s Business Tax Services practice. She has more than 25 years of experience serving clients in various industries. Carol is the Office Managing Partner of our Harrisburg office and specializes in managing tax outsourcing engagements, tax provision and accounting method and credit projects for multi-national corporations.
Carol is responsible for coordinating various tax services as she partners with her clients. She has extensive experience with multi-national corporations and works with a network of tax specialists in Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and throughout the world to meet the needs of her clients. She has worked with numerous large public companies, private equity owned companies, and privately owned entities. She has a breadth of corporate income taxation knowledge. In addition, she has participated in the firm’s Tax Quality Performance Review Team, which conducts annual reviews of professional tax compliance within KPMG.
Carol graduated from Kutztown University. She is a sponsor of KPMG Harrisburg’s Chapter of Pride. Carol sits on the board of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Kutztown University Foundation and she is a Commissioner on Pennsylvania’s Early Learning Investment Commission.
