Carly Garrett
Managing Director, Audit Technology Assurance
Carly is a Technology Assurance Managing Director in the KPMG Audit practice. Carly helps her clients understand the risks associated with using technology in their financial processes and identifies and assesses their associated technology controls.
Carly has more than 20 years of IT Audit and leadership experience managing people, projects and engagement financials. She has substantial experience overseeing the delivery of technology audit related activities to a wide variety of US and global clients across several industries. Her experience leading and coordinating IT risk engagements includes numerous concurrent, global IT external audits, Real Time System Implementation Assessments, IPO and SOX readiness assessments, IT internal audit co-source projects, and IT risk assessments.
Carly is an active community volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. She is also a Troop Leader for Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta.
Carly holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
