Melissa is an MD within the KPMG Securitization Practice, a division within the firm’s Capital Solutions Advisory Practice. She focuses on the new issuance of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and has over 12 years of experience in various areas of the securitization market. Melissa’s experience includes CMBS agreed-upon procedures for both agency and non-agency transactions, payment date verification, cash flow modeling, Regulation AB, and new issuance of asset-backed securitizations.

Melissa joined the KPMG Advisory practice in 2010. Her clients include government sponsored enterprises, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, and other financial services companies.
