Kristen L. Gamboa

Kristen is a Managing Director in the International group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice and handles a variety of international tax issues, with a particular emphasis on cross-border M&A. Her experience involves advising clients on an array of international corporate tax matters, including cross-border reorganizations and spin-offs, taxable acquisitions, inversions, subpart F income, GILTI, and foreign tax credit planning.

Kristen has a BSBA degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from University of Central Florida, a JD degree, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and an LLM degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.
