Brittany Gaines is a Director in KPMG’s Federal Practice in the Washington, D.C. metro area where she serves primarily government healthcare clients. She has over 14 years of experience in the federal government implementing and managing projects related to program integrity, audit, improper payment, compliance, continuous monitoring, and risk management activities. Her focus within KPMG surrounds helping her clients through the delivery of Assurance and Integrity services where she helps to improve the integrity of government programs in a way that facilitates transparency, stewardship, and mission realization. She holds certifications such as a CPA, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. She is an alum of a Historically Black College and University in Huntsville, AL, Oakwood University, where she received her B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Management. She currently serves on the board of Kid Power Inc., in D.C. a local non-profit organization.
