Steve is a technology executive with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining KPMG, Steve led global cybersecurity organizations in the US Intelligence Community (IC), Healthcare, and Insurance industries.

Steve has proficiency leading security programs operating under high pressure and extreme risk conditions. Within the defense community, Steve secured sensitive intelligence operations from hostile nation-state threats. Within the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, Steve protected critical medical infrastructure and highly regulated datasets.

Steve has experience supporting technology innovation and research programs. He volunteers on advisory boards related to cybersecurity product development and with universities on cybersecurity education.
