Frank Franco, Jr. is a Managing Director in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP). He has more than 13 years of experience providing financial statement audits, audits of internal controls, and audit support services. Frank has provided professional audit services to several large multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB, AICPA as well as US GAAP and IFRS requirements. In his role as a member of DPP, Frank contributes to and supports financial statement presentation, compensation and benefits, SEC, leases and long-lived assets, and business combinations topic teams, as well as the Accounting Standards Group. Additionally, Frank has recently authored the latest versions of the Employee Benefits Handbook, Financial Statement Presentation Handbook, and Earnings Per Share Handbook.
Prior to joining DPP in 2024, Frank served as an audit senior manager in the KPMG Short Hills office serving clients primarily in the life science and retail industries. His audit experience includes SEC filings, initial public offerings, carve-out financial statements, and audit of internal control over financial reporting.
Frank graduated from William Paterson University with a BS in Accounting and Finance and earned an MBA in General Studies from William Paterson University. He is a licensed public accountant in New Jersey.
