Jeffrey Fletcher has 15 years of experience in providing tax advisory and tax reporting services to both public and private companies in the financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate industries.
Jeff has provided services on Up-C structuring and planning including advice, modeling, and certification of Tax Receivable Agreements, the preparation of large volume Schedule K-1s including complex allocations, footnote disclosure regarding investor specific information and investor indirect reporting requirements, and electronic filing services. Jeff is part of the national KPMG QOZ team, and advises KPMG professionals and clients on Qualified Opportunity Zones, the recently enacted provision of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act to promote long-term investment in low-income communities.
Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a recruiter for KPMG at La Salle University.
Jeff holds a BS degree in accounting from La Salle University.
