Elisabeth (Liddy) Ferguson is a Managing Director in the KPMG Seattle office and currently on rotation within the Department of Professional Practice (DPP). She has more than 14 years of experience providing financial statement audits and audits of internal control over financial reporting for public companies, private companies and not-for-profit organizations in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards. Her focus includes accounting and reporting matters under US GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles.
Through her DPP experience, she has supported SEC reviewing partners in the execution of engagement quality reviews, collaborated with the PCAOB and engagement teams in support of KPMG inspection activities, participated in audit quality and methodology initiatives, and evaluated complex accounting and reporting matters related to derivatives and hedging, foreign currency, financial reporting and non-compliance with laws and regulations.
