Emad is the Audit Practice Leader for the San Diego office, and Life Sciences Industry Lead for the Pacific Southwest. He brings 20 years of experience serving emerging growth and public companies in the Life Sciences industry. He has provided professional audit services to pre-revenue from large multinational corporations in accordance with PCAOB requirements and US GAAP. He has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in numerous debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings.
