Wade Fanning

Wade is a director in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP) with over 15 years of experience providing financial statement audit, audit of internal controls, and technical accounting services. Since joining DPP in November 2023, his responsibilities have included supporting engagement teams on various technical accounting and reporting issues and assisting with the firm’s publications to reflect changes and updates in accounting and regulatory standards.
Prior to joining DPP, Wade was a director in KPMG Accounting Advisory Services. He worked on a wide range of engagements including, but not limited to, financial statement restatements and accounting change services. Prior to joining KPMG, Wade spent one year working at the Financial Accounting Standards Board as a postgraduate technical assistant.
