Katie Dahler is a Principal at KPMG with more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Consulting and Business Strategy. She currently serves as the KPMG Human Capital Advisory leader, helping clients with their Workforce and HR agendas, including:

Prior to this role, she served on the KPMG Extended Management Committee as the National Managing Partner of Growth and Strategy, which comprises Clients & Markets, Strategic Planning, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Sports Sponsorships and KPMG Economics. Over her career with KPMG, she has served as the National Advisory Leader for the Life Sciences practice, led KPMG’s Human Capital Advisory services for the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, and was the Advisory lead partner for the New Jersey market. She also has served as part of the US Advisory Leadership Team and the global Life Sciences Leadership Team.

Katie is passionate about the advancement of women in business and currently serves on the KPMG Women’s Advisory Board. She also served on the National Advisory Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), and on the executive committee of the NJ Women’s Network to Network organization, connecting women’s networks across major corporations based in New Jersey.

Over recent years, Katie has received numerous awards and recognition, including being named to Consulting Magazine’s list of “Top 25 Consultants” in the country and to their list of “Top Women Leaders in Consulting” She has also been named to the NJBIZ list of Best 50 Women in Business in New Jersey, and has received a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association “Rising Star” award, and a KPMG Chairman’s Award.
