Jennifer is a Partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory practice. Jennifer serves as the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services lead partner for the technology sub-industry and the People Leader for Accounting Advisory in the US. She has over 20 years of experience providing advisory and audit services to a global client base. She has worked with a variety of clients ranging from high growth start-ups to large multinational organizations both public and privately held (including private equity sponsored). She has extensive experience in servicing Securities and Exchange Commission reporting companies inclusive of assisting companies undergoing initial public offerings and registration statements. She has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions.
