Cindy Cohen

Cindy is a principal in the KPMG State and Local Government Advisory practice. She has more than 17 years of professional experience within the public sector and financial services industries. Cindy has provided extensive business and technology advisory and system integration services for a variety of clients with a particular focus on the City’s agencies, city and state programs. She also has a strong background across the full lifecycle of IT project delivery. Cindy led the initial DOE remote learning initiative and the DOE Data Center B Disaster Recovery project and is well versed in the agency’s goals organization. Cindy has also led critical PMQA initiatives in NYC, including Benefits Reengineering at the Department of Social Services.
