Thomas Cocozza is a Director in KPMG’s Federal Healthcare Advisory practice with more than 25 years of consulting experience. He specializes in financial management, enterprise risk management, business process reengineering, and strategy. He currently serves as the account leader for the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Cocozza has served in leadership capacities for top organizations, including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Grant Thornton, GTE, and the Executive Office of the President Office of Management and Budget, across both public and private sectors. At KPMG Mr. Cocozza leads an NIH-wide Enterprise Risk Management program, and a long-term compliance oversight program supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
