Director in KPMG’s Healthcare Solutions Advisory practice with over 30 years of experience in the administration of surgical services, oncology services, IT management for the “turnaround” of underperforming (operationally and financially) departments and advanced analytics for disease based quality and cost modeling to support various reimbursement scenarios. Current focus is primarily on clinical and business transformation in the areas of organizational operations with optimization of workflows to increase patient capacity and alignment of clinical resources.
