Blythe Chorn

Blythe Chorn is a Managing Director in KPMG US and KPMG's Global Decarbonization Hub and a recognized leader in sustainability, climate strategy, and business transformation. For nearly 20 years, she has advised leading global organizations on turning climate and decarbonization ambitions into measurable business value, helping clients strengthen resilience, improve operational performance, drive innovation, and enhance long-term competitiveness.

Working across sectors including consumer products, retail, technology, private equity, and financial services, Blythe specializes in helping organizations address complex strategic challenges through sustainability-led transformation. Her areas of expertise include climate transition planning and decarbonization strategy, circularity, supplier and value chain engagement, organizational change management, and executive facilitation.

Blythe is a frequent speaker at global sustainability and business forums and has contributed to the development of influential sustainability guidance through her work with organizations such as the United Nations Global Compact and the OECD.

Prior to joining KPMG, Blythe held leadership roles in Deloitte Consulting's Sustainability practice and Business for Social Responsibility (BSR). She also founded and led Ramboll's U.S. sustainability consulting team, helping establish and grow the firm's sustainability advisory capabilities.
