Tim is a Partner of the Passthroughs Group for KPMG’s Washington National Tax (WNT) practice with more than 15 years of business experience. He has extensive experience with oil and gas partnerships, multi-national joint ventures, real estate, and private equity. Tim has a deep background in leveraging technology to solve complex technical issues for clients.
Tim has broad expertise in tax planning and structuring for partnerships. Tim advises clients throughout all stages of a company’s lifecycle which includes formation structuring, post-formation acquisition structuring, due diligence, ongoing operational assistance and disposition structuring. In addition, Tim has a particular expertise in the application of centralized partnership audit rules.
