Andrea V Oteiza Centron

Andrea has over 30 years of professional experience. She joined KPMG in the Audit department and later continued her career in Advisory since 2001. She has assisted numerous local and international clients in mergers, acquisitions, operational restructurings, and integrations and separations. Currently, Andrea leads the Deal Advisory & Strategy team in Argentina, advising clients on integration processes and post-deal services in transactions across Latin America, focusing on business optimization processes and synergy evaluations. Additionally, Andrea and her team have extensive experience assisting clients in developing commercial, operational, and financial strategies as well as entering new markets. Andrea also leads the Infrastructure team assisting both public and private sector clients in their asset management and asset delivery deals.
