Eric S. Carlsson

Eric is a Partner in KPMG Consulting's Risk Services Practice within the New York Financial Services Business Unit. Eric has over 15 years of experience leading the delivery Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley engagements at financial services firms across the asset management industry including clients in the private equity, real estate and hedge fund industries. Eric works closely with client senior management, internal audit and compliance departments in areas such as better practices, internal controls frameworks and enterprise risk management. Eric interacts closely with audit committees and client board of directors delivering status and issues pertaining to enterprise risk, regulatory compliance and internal controls. Eric is a member of the ESG Center of Excellence and actively speaks on the topic at industry gatherings.
