- Led multiple workforce performance improvement engagements with various concentrations around workforce innovation, staffing management & optimization, productivity goal setting & adherence, benchmarking, future state planning, and process improvement initiatives, such as workload analysis, and workflow redesigns. All engagements yielded significant financial impact and/or cost savings ranging from $10 million to greater than $100 million.
- Orchestrated operational performance improvement engagement at large academic medical center Emergency Department that identified inefficiencies in Labor management, Provider staffing & compensation model, throughput management, clinical operations, and care management & care delivery that yielded a $11 million financial benefit opportunity within first year.
- Constructed transformative redesign for a series of antiquated FQHCs to align with leading practice and industry standards, resulting in 110% growth in revenue, 50% increase in access and capacity management, Provider and medical staff optimization, expansion of services, efficiencies in operations, 37% in cost & waste reductions and enhancements in quality and patient experience.
- Directed multiple design and optimization engagements of Epic, Cerner, PCC, and eClinicalWorks EMR systems across a variety of healthcare settings.
