Carolina is a Manager in the Trade & Customs practice at KPMG US in Fort Lauderdale and has been with the firm for eight years. She advises clients on import compliance, with a focus on IEEPA and Section 232 tariff mitigation, Section 301 exclusions, broker management, post-entry review, HTS classification, tariff validation, FTA solicitation, and country-of-origin determination.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and is a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
