Eidji is a Partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy Practice and is the U.S. Working Capital Leader, based in Los Angeles. In this role he is responsible for serving the office of the CFO and assisting global Corporate and Private Equity firms drive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy and releasing cash tied up in portfolio companies across industries and geographies.
He has over 20+ years of cross-industry and consulting experience in 40+ countries, and has advised several Fortune 100 and 500 C-suites as an expert in leading large-scale strategy through operational execution programs. Eidji has unlocked over $10bn in high impact cash flow and working capital improvements, driven technology-enabled transformations, and executed value creation projects across the entire M&A lifecycle. His experience spans across Private Equity, Consumer & Retail, Technology/SaaS, Pharma & BioTech, Industrial Products, Oil & Gas, Automative and Aerospace & Defense. Avid surfer, with a passion for sailing and golfing.
