Wes has more than 26 years of global Fortune 250 and Big Four experience and has lived and worked across 6 continents.  Wes advises C-level executives on finance and strategy; driving significant performance improvement and successful transaction execution. He has significant executive leadership experience in international finance and operations, including the development and execution of transformative growth strategies along with the full lifecycle and beyond of bolt-on and multibillion dollar M&A transactions.  Wes specializes in the planning and execution of finance strategy, integrations, separations, and performance improvement engagements. He has been a public company CFO and COO and spent over 12 years at Molson Coors Beverage Company in various senior leadership roles including CEO overseeing Asia Pacific and Africa, and International CFO.  Wes started his career with Big Four while based in Africa, Europe, and the USA working with large strategic multinational audit and advisory clients. Wes is passionate about leading for growth and transformation and building and developing high performing teams with a proven track-record of building strong relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships globally.
